Deliverable

Please note that all photos I send to you are in JPEG, a format that is suitable for all devices and is lightweight. Please note that I always store your photos. However, I don’t use them to showcase my work, unless you have given a written permission.

Book Your Session

Terms & Conditions

Invoices and contracts: Your quotation and invoice are your contract. No extra tasks can be added to the following contract. Once signed, all parties must accept and respect all terms and conditions during, and after the collaboration.

Payments: Clients must pay the required fee in full before the session.

Early Cancelation: Cancelation is free within 72 hours before the shoot. Pass the 72 hours, your cancelation won’t be considered, and the entire amount will be held. A rescheduling will be suggested for free. In case of unavailability, a 10% refund can be offered.

Photographer’s artistic choice: Shooting conditions, photograph components, and post-production style and techniques fall under the photographer’s liberty and choices.

Refusal of reimbursements: the photographer will remain compliant with the client’s brief or text explaining his vision. However, he will refuse to operate partial or full reimbursements in case of disapproval from the client relating to artistic choices, either regarding the shooting style or post-treatments. Any remarks concerning the quality, and the artistic choices made by the photographer will be refuted after delivery.

Extra work after delivery: every supplementary demand after delivery will be treated and invoiced alone. Also, every demand regarding post-treatment after delivery might be refuted by the photographer. In case of approval, the request will be invoiced separately.

Image rights: following the laws of GDPR, the client has the right to give ( or not) his consent to the photographer to use the photos that he made (chosen or not by the client) to promote his work on social media, booking platforms and his website by signing a form…
