A little Phoenician myself, I decided to follow in the footsteps of my ancestors. My obsession with Spain is limitless, and my passion for capturing its vibrant architecture and natural beauty feels like my duty. Without further exaggeration, today I will take you on a visual journey through two cities: Seville and Cádiz. With a keen eye for detail and wide angles, I found the perfect frames to showcase the depth of the plazas and streets I explored.
The magnificent natural light of southern Spain brought out the warm tones of the architectural wonders in both cities.
Mixing heritage with elements like the sea, orange trees, or any other natural features in the background or foreground creates a strong sense of place, emphasizing the coastal identity of these cities, especially Cádiz.
The dynamic angles that highlight the height of the architecture, with the elegant palm trees, act as leading lines that guide the eye, making the image easier to “read.” They provide a clear direction. At times, backlighting creates a dramatic effect, adding a layer of depth to the storytelling.
Charm and mystery are present in every corner. My main goal was to translate this into a universal language—photography—that everyone can understand.
