Elected the best French city to live in in 2025, Biarritz is known for its quiet and high-class lifestyle. Since the 1800s, Biarritz has always been the go-to place for royals from all around Europe to spend their summer vacations. Renowned for its large waves, people come from around the world to surf. Regardless of the gloomy weather, I couldn’t help but manifest my fascination with the ocean.

During my last visit in August 2022, the large sandy shores nestled in the ocean, the high brown rocks, and the charming villas sprinkled around the village took my breath away. Even in low light conditions, the framing and composition were provided by nature. The dark blue and earthy sand color palette, lit by some detailed surfboards, gave the shots a refreshing air.
